BluBlocker™ high resolution lenses give you a truly unique ownership experience. Amazing Amber lensed clarity — this is what our legendary reputation was built on. They block 100% of UV and blue light, keeping your eyes relaxed—no squinting at the beach, on a hike, or while walking in the city. The ultra-lightweight nylon frames are comfortable and don't slide or move on your face.

The classic aviator BluBlocker sunglasses have a legacy all their own. First introduced to the public in 1993, they quickly became an American icon, due to our Venice Beach TV ads, and an iconic appearance in There's Something About Mary. Loved for their bold style and unbeatable glare protection, they’ve remained a timeless favorite ever since.

The only sunglasses my husband wears

My husband has worn this style of BluBlocker aviator sunglasses for years. He just loves them. They are in every outdoor photo we take! He often wears them on top of his head next to his readers!!

I am not fond of the yellow tint, but see there are some new lense colors I just might try! We were at a social event recently and a young man had on a pair of the original aviators in a different color frame. Impressive!
