BLUBLOCKER 40TH ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES

- SPONSOR
The BluBlocker 40th Anniversary Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by BluBlocker ("Sponsor"), located at 1600 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses), and household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate or win.Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends on December 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST ("Sweepstakes Period").Sponsor's computer and records shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
- HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
A. Purchase Entry During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals who make a qualifying purchase of thirty-five dollars ($35) or more of sunglasses from BluBlocker will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.Qualifying purchases exclude:
- Gift cards
- Non-sunglass merchandise
- Cancelled, returned, refunded, or fraudulent purchases
Limit one (1) purchase entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Mail-In EntryTo enter without making a purchase, handwrite your:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Confirmation that you are age 18 or older
Include the handwritten statement:
"I wish to enter the BluBlocker 40th Anniversary Sweepstakes."

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2026 and received no later than December 7, 2026.Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.Mechanically reproduced, copied, automated, or incomplete entries are void.
- ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Limit one (1) total entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.Multiple entries by the same individual, household, email address, or through multiple identities may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion.
- PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
- BluBlocker 40th Anniversary Tee Shirt
- BluBlocker Original Aviator Hat
- BluBlocker x Back to the Future II Bullet SunMask in Yellow (Vintage)
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize package: $822.No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.
- WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with the entry.Potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification.If a selected winner:
- Cannot be contacted
- Fails to respond within the required timeframe
- Is found to be ineligible
- Declines the prize
- Fails to comply with these Official Rules
Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.
- PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used solely in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor's stated privacy practices.Sponsor will not use the winner's name, likeness, or identifying information for advertising or promotional purposes without separate written consent.
- GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles.Any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
