Email Giveaway Rules

  1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The BluBlocker Sunglasses Monthly Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on 08/31/2023 and is an ongoing monthly sweepstakes that will end on 12/31/2025. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of BluBlocker, based in Lancaster, PA. Participants agree to receive emails, communications, and promotions from the Sponsor by entering.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States and D.C. who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older on or before the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, or any affiliated company and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, and siblings) and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
  3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants will be automatically entered by subscribing to BluBlocker’s email newsletter through the sign-up form available on the homepage of www.blublocker.com. 
  4. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a drawing conducted on the first of each month during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be from among all eligible entries received. The Winner will be notified by email. Participants must be subscribed to our email list at the time of selection. In the event a Prize winner is determined to be ineligible, cannot be reached, or is otherwise unable to claim their prize, Sponsor may either award the Prize to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries or not award the Prize. Limit one (1) Prize per eligible entrant.
  5. PRIZE: One (1) out of every twenty (20) email subscribers will win a pair of BluBlocker sunglasses. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize: $44. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All expenses related to the receipt and use of the Prize not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to make all determinations regarding the Sweepstakes and the interpretation of the Official Rules, which are final and binding. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, represent that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and comply with all applicable laws. In the event of any conflict between the Official Rules and any advertising materials, the details of the Official Rules shall prevail. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Official Rules or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Entry constitutes consent to the use of a Prize winner’s name, voice, picture, and/or likeness without compensation for promotional purposes to the extent allowed by law.
  7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, you release BluBlocker and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims or damages arising from your participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize. Entrants agree that any and all disputes related to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to class action.
  8. DISPUTES: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved by the courts in Pennsylvania, and governed by the laws of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict of law rules.
  9. WINNER’S NAME: To receive the name of the Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to BluBlocker Monthly Giveaway, 1610 Manheim Pike Lancaster, PA 17601
