BluBlocker Experience Contest: Terms & Conditions

 
Enter the BluBlocker Experience Contest for your chance to win A YEAR's supply of BluBlocker sunglasses. Share someone's unique experience with BluBlocker sunglasses in a creative video, by either:
1. Hashtagging #blublocker on Instagram or Facebook, and following @BluBlocker with a public profile.
2. Uploading the video to this dropbox.
The community will vote for the most compelling submission via likes on META platforms, and we will host the top liked videos on our Facebook and Instagram page for the final vote.
 
Prizes*
1. The Grand Prize Winner will receive 52 unique pairs of BluBlocker sunglasses, enough for a different style every week for a year.
2.Second prize will win 10 BluBlocker Sunglasses
3.Third prize will win a free pair of BluBlocker Sunglasses.
Eligibility
1. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Any non-dropbox uploaded participating users’ profile should be public. Private profiles are not supported.
3. Employees of BluBlocker and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
  1. Record a video showcasing a BluBlocker experience. Feel free to record yourself, or have a family member or friend try them on for the first time. Be creative! 
  2. Upload your video to a public Instagram or Facebook profile with the hashtag #blublocker and following @BluBlocker, or to our designated contest dropbox on our website.
  3. Submit your entry by June 15th, 11:59 PM EST
Video Requirements
1. Videos must not exceed 1 minute in length
2. Content must be original and not infringe on third-party rights.
3.Entries must comply with META’s terms of use.
4. Videos must have a person wearing, and reacting to Official BluBlocker Sunglasses.
5. No inappropriate language, behavior, or imagery.
Selection Process
  1. Public voting will open from July 15th to September 1st via Instagram & Facebook post likes. The videos will be hosted on the BluBlocker Instagram & META page.
  2. The video with the most likes (votes) at the end of the voting period will be declared the winner.
General Terms
  1. By entering, participants agree to allow BluBlocker to use their videos for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:  reposting, static ads, and reuse as video digital ads.
  2. BluBlocker reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
  3. BluBlocker is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  4. All decisions by BluBlocker and the public vote are final and binding.
  5. Participants agree to release BluBlocker from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the contest.
*The sunglasses awarded will be chosen by the BluBlocker Company.
